Cut straight from the hive, there's nothing added or removed. The bees make each wax cell then fill it with honey, capping it off once they've fanned enough water away and it is ripe. You can eat every part of it knowing they've made it all. A real treat. Weight varies between 200-250gm as it is cut by hand, but usually approx. 225gm.
